Who Built This
Michelle Kimball is the founder of Resilience Health. She brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare emergency preparedness, patient safety, and quality improvement, spanning health systems, public health agencies, and federal healthcare programs.
Michelle spent years leading emergency preparedness planning across 44 plus hospital facilities, directing a portfolio of 48 plus national health initiatives, and serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, where she led large-scale patient movement and mass casualty exercises.
She founded Resilience Health to bring the same high reliability principles used in aviation and the military into everyday hospital preparedness, built around the people who use it, not just the auditors who review it.
Michelle holds an Executive Master's in Clinical Quality, Safety, and Leadership from Georgetown University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), and Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP).
